Hi, Nigel! With _why's recent disappearance, nostalgia had me wanting to get a nice bound, printed version of the Poignant Guide. Your .pdf is the best around, but it's missing Chapter 7. Any chance you'd add it in (it's just a bunch of pictures, no typesetting required!), or pass along your InDesign document so I might update it myself?

Thanks a lot for all your work.

Hi, I just wanted to say great job on the pdf! I've been reading it for a few hours and it's really well laid out. Kudos to the original author too, of course, for writing something worth formatting.
